When do we post?
Art Pints - We post out once a week from Yeppoon QLD. We are a small, family owned company with a big crazy life but we do our best to get your goodies out to you as soon as possible. Quality Art Prints do take some time to go to print and then we lovingly add our embossed logo to each print we provide. This means prints usually get to their destination between 10 - 21 days with shipping at a flat rate of $10 in Australia.
Merch - Our Sunshine & Pineapples and Sonny Mac Design Merch gets ships as soon as it is ready which can take up to 10 days. Each piece is made to order to avoid unnecessary time and production. Our environment is really important to us. This can mean items are delivered between 10 - 21 days. Merch is shipped at a flat rate of $10 in Australia.
Sonny The Label - Because of the custom nature of these orders they can take a bit longer to print. This usually means between 10 - 28 days. Again, we keep postage to our flat rate of $10 in Australia.
Do we ship overseas?
Not currently but we will be looking to ship internationally in the near future. We recommend contacting us directly to arrange postage outside of Australia as we are always happy to see what we can arrange.
Do the prints come framed?
No, the prints come packaged with love for you to frame. Store bought frames from shops like Kmart and Spotlight have proven with customers to be popular for our A3 and ‘Pretty Big’ prints. We recommend seeing your local professional framer for all other sizes and editions. Please note that canvas prints are unstretched.
How much is postage?
Postage is a $10 flat rate per order and we ship by Australia Post. Virtual gift vouchers do not incur a shipping cost, and some products will note where postage is already included in their price such as merch.
Can I pick up a print in Yeppoon?
Yep, sure can. Drop us a line on face book or email and we can arrange a time and pick up details. We are usually busy so not always at the studio for drop ins.
Why do some sizes and editions need extra time?
Due to the fact that we like to give your art that little extra love, we emboss our unique logo on limited edition prints. These are custom printed to order and we ask that you please allow an extra 7 days for printing and dispatch; for canvas prints, please allow 3 weeks for printing and dispatch. We use the best printers for your gorgeous pieces which unfortunately sits interstate so postage to complete your orders, and quality takes time.
What type of paper do we use for our prints?
We print on 100% Cotton Rag Matt paper for the very best in fine art printing. The textured surface grain becomes an integral part of the image, adding dimension and enhancing lighter printed areas. This is an archival paper that will give lasting image stability for many years and produce crisp detail. Other prints and may have specific paper or canvas – check the individual product for more information.
A note on the prints
Please note that all print images may be positioned differently on the page than they appear on the website. Please note that the colours of the final print may differ slightly from the colours you are seeing on your monitor. Each monitor displays colour slightly differently and we can not guarantee that what you are seeing is a true representation of the final product.
What if my print arrives damaged?
All our prints are packed with loads of care and love and are delivered to the local post office in excellent condition. Unfortunately from this point we have no control over what happens to your prints. While we have all faith in Australia Post, there are times when packages can arrive a little worse for wear. While we do apologise that you have taken the time to order a print, and it has not arrived in the state we sent it in, no refunds or replacements will be offered in the odd chance this does occur.
What if I change my mind?
Each print is thoughtfully packaged and dispatched from a small town in country QLD – just for you. Please be mindful when choosing prints as due to the fragile nature of the works we do not accept returns if you ‘change your mind’. If for some reason you have been sent the wrong print please email us with photo evidence and we will happily sort this out for you.
What if I want an original?
I don’t take on any commission work, sorry and currently don't provide originals. We may do this in the future so keep up to date with our website and socials to stay in the loop. Collaboration enquiries from like-minded creatives are always welcome.
Do you do markets?
Not currently

Do you accept Afterpay?
Not currently but we do have PayPal pay in 4 options available.
Do you have sales?
We do – but usually only once or twice a year (and there’s some fine print to go with them). Some products are excluded from discounts: originals, gift vouchers, and other products at our discretion.
